Aps Bov ?

Just installed this bov and have an issue or two.
1. Should it be standing up straight when installed, it doesn t look like it could be installed any other way?
2. Having a hard time with the little hose that runs off the nipple. It kinks no matter the length I make it.
3. It seems like its only holding 1.3bars???? Do I need to adjust it?
New to turbo cars please help!

It should look like that when installed.

Rotating it should also solve your kinked vaccum hose problem

You are not holding boost because of the kink

Go out flip it around if that doesn't fix it let me know

Do you have a pic of how you have the hose routed off the BOV nipple? On the stock BOV the nipple is on the top of the valve and routed nicely to the intake manifold... According to your pic, it looks like the hose is on the bottom? Wouldnt that kink as well?

Yeah but how did you route the vaccum hose since the nipple is on the bottom where stock its on the top? No one answered my question I posed before!

I had it installed wrong, so I had a problem routing the hose since it only ended up being about a 2-3 inch section. Now that it is installed correctly, its about a 10 inch piece and does not pinch off.
Great valve that gives u the sound and performance most cannot.

I don't think you understand my question, on the stock BOV the niple for the small vacuum hose is on the top and goes up to connect to the intake or MBC if you have one. Now with this APS BOV the nipple is on the bottom. Do you just use a longer hose or what? i want to make sure before I plan on buying this valve. Thank you.

Yes they supply enough hose to run it from the location it is in.
