Does 04 have same transfer case problems as 03

I am interested in buying a 04 evo, but im afraid of having transfer case problems or clutch problems like the 03's. I want to put out 340hp to the crank so i could auto-x and run in track events. Can the drivetrain handle it? thanks

No problems with the 03... that is unless you plan on trashing it.

I agree....the "PROBLEMS" seen on these cars is largely due to abuse...
