do I need a sepperate gauge, or can I use this as a gauge as well? I know it says it can be used as a gauge, but I was hoping to get people's feedback on it.

it is a digital gauge, with a led bar scale, highest boost memory on recall. not the neatest looking gauge but I can't see why you would want another gauge along side this one.
also has a beep alarm when you over boost your desired limit. I think there are six different boost plots you can create and choose from.

I bought and installed the e-boost 2 yesterday, and I am totally happy with it. Now I am just strying to fine tune the settings. It holds boost really well. Now I'm just playing with the gate pressure. I deffinitely reccomend it to anyone who wants an ebc. I thougt it would be ugly, but it actualy looks really good on the pillar. I would appreciate it if people with this boost control could pm me their settings. Thanks

you need to indicate what boost you are running.

23 psi on my car is about 69 boost number
17 sensitivity
and I think around 1.2 or 1.3 on gate

I need to up the sensitivity a bit or lower the boost number actually as I do exceed 23 from time to time.

On another note the beeper feature is pretty neat when out on a road course. I have a hard time seeing gauges when the road requires more of me than I have. :-)
before, when I set the thing up I though the buzzer would just be a bother.
