I was looking at some solid intercooler pipes for my next mod and I was looking at this pic: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/at...chmentid=53363

Now everything is fine & dandy in that pic, but, bare with me for a minute, what if you welded an extra BOV on the top of that solid upper intercooler pipe?

I might just be talking out of my *** cause it's 5:30AM over here and I haven't gone to bed yet, so someone enlighten me please.

 

why would you even want to do that........its perfect the way it is

 

Yeah, it's already about as functional as it gets... No point.

 

why don't you weld the flange on the bung that's already there? that way you don't have to cap a hole...

 

Wouldn't it give you VTA & recirculation at the same time?

Or would the BOV on the intercooler pipe be venting most of the air out already? What if you tighten the screw?
