cooling mist alky pump question

I have my cooling mist system about to go in. I want to use the stock IC sprayer resoivor. Will the pump in in there without a problem?

Also, how much does the stock IC sprayer resevoir hold? 1gal?

I suggest you move your battery to the trunk and mount the pump where the battery would go. The pump is kind of big, its like a one of those small nerf footballs. You will also need space for wiring , the solenoid, and a clog detector if you got one.

I mounted mine on a small piece of sheet aluminum. I bolted the alum just inside the frame beside the IC resevour. This way is below the water level.
I removed the stock resevour pump and plugged it off with a rubber bung. I used two brass barbed fittings to tap the bottom for an outlet and the old style low fluid indicator (the new one uses a float I think).
Then, take the over-flow drain hose and route it up and wrap around the neck of the bottle. This way you can fill it all the way up. It holds 1 1/2 gals.
Mine lasts for 3-4 tanks of gas and I boost all the time.
I have the 150psi pump and the 4.9gph nozzle (which is around 6.6gph with higher pump).
I had my ECU dynoflashed with the WI. I safely run 25psi on 91 octane. I use a 50/50 mix of distilled water and methanol.

If you PM me your email, I'll send you some pics of my set-up. I just happen to have my undertray off right now.
