Few new Mods.....Would like some Comments. =)

I recently wrecked my evo avoiding someones pet in the road..... But anyways. the stock FMIC got a big gouge in it. YAy so i get a new one !.......

I have purchased a few mods here to go with the new FMIC and i am just wondering if ill be gravy with stock everything .... input much appreciated

I have purchased

Defi D boost gauge.
Hallman MBC.
AMS FMIC.

Planing on running 20 - 21 psi
from what i have researched that seems to be about where everyone else is.
Just wondering if there is any supporting mods i may need ... or should get next. Suggestions ? Comments ?

I noticed that the AMS FMIC has a 1psi pressure loss not sure how that works with the boost i want to run.... learn me please.

Car is stock besides mods in Sig... and those 3 i just purchased.

Thanks again

well so far so good BUT the boost part is sketchy since with the mbc you can keep your boost steady but theres no tuning yet to cover higher rpms.just as long as you stay on 19-20 for now youll be ok.

get rid of the hks bov, get an exhaust. Boost controller, boost gauge, and exhaust.
IMO that's a good combo for first mods.

I agree with getting rid of the hks bov, but get a flash instead of s-afc, unless of course you have a wideband to tune it with

you guys want him to get rid of the hks bov, is that because the stock one holds boost fine?
or is there another that is better? greddy type-s perhaps?

vta bov are no good, the stock unit is ideal unless your running more boost...which u r(20-21), go w/ jdm mr dv, fits just like stock. definately save up for an exhaust, thats a must!
