Beefyevo I live in Northen ky. do you any other evos in our area if so do you all get together. I have quite a few mods.

Search... this subject has been beaten into the ground. you're lucky warrtalon hasn't read this thread, he would be flaming all of you. he hates noobs and VTA BOVs among other things.

Basically, VTA messes with the MAF readings. It causes the engine to run momentarily rich every time it vents. It offers no performance improvement on a MAF controlled engine. it's purely "rice." If you run stand alone EMS such as the AEM or don't have a MAF, ie a honda which uses MAP, you can run VTA with no problem. VTA is only plausible when you are running high boost numbers because of the amount of air it can vent in a short amount of time.

All true im done with the rice days =) fun blowing off on people but car dont like it sometimes. she gets *****y on me. heh. i get my car back soon ill let you guys know how the mods go on and how that new ams front mount looks ..... hmm maybe some pics are in order !

hhaha you stay away ! lol The pics seriously make this thing look bad.... I love this FMIC. im sure u will see it on the car tho someday soon. When you want to do those blackouts =)
