Oh No! Look at my clutch
Hey Guys,
It's a Sunday and I decide to go for a spin. I'm in 4th and taking my time. I dip the pedal slightly and notice that I can hear the rev but I'm not moving any faster so I look down at my boost reading and it's low. I then look at my shifter and it's still in gear and it won't budge.
This was last Sunday. Motor purrrs but no gears engage when the car's on. I can change gears only when motor's off.
Couple days later I'm into the box and this is what I see .......

The inner with springs is ripped completely out. Pressure plate, bearing and everything else is fine. Just the clutch plate gone.
So, what do you think caused this damage? Only had the clutch in about 3 months. (I already have an idea but would appreciate honest feedback.) It WAS a stage 1 Clutch Master set up.

Do you drive with your foot resting on the pedal at all? If not, do you 'slip' the clutch? how about downshifting? Do you rev match or just let the clutch 'feel' its way in?
Any of these could apply.
