Question Turbo timer problem

Ok I installed the greddy full auto timer in my car and running into a problem. When you turn the key all the way back it automatically kills the car but if you just turn the key back alittle it will run, count down then kill itself at the right time. I am baffled what the problem, after calling greddy themselves they said they don't have a harness for the evo. But the company I purchased it from stated the 2nd gen eclipse is the same as the evo's and he has many evo's using them. Now what Any input ideas

The harness was used pt#TT-14-43 & (15930003), I am not a big fan of splicing into a new vehicle.

I think I figured it out it looks like they sent me a harness for a 1st gen eclipse not a 2nd gen. That being said after a promt refund they will not be getting any more business from me.
