Piper Group A Cams

I know I posted this in another thread, but I want to draw more attention to it.

These stats are somewhat confusing. What is the gain on lowering the lift on the exhaust but increasing the duration? Does it have an effect on scavenging?

GROUP A
217i deg 212e deg
265i deg 267e deg
.453"(i)
11.50mm(i)
