JDM MR BOV is fluttering

I just installed my JDM MR bov and it is fluttering and is making a loud sound like a vta. So I know it is a recirc bov, so I don't know why its so loud and why it is fluttering. But the weird thing is I put my stock bov back on and it fluttered too. Does anyone know what might be the problem? I tightened the clamps down hard so I don't think that is it.

Don't worry. It's happened many times to many people. I even did my vaccuum lines backwards on my MBC. That wasn't fun, but luckily I knew to double-check right away and was able to see the mistake.

Also, ROLL TIDE!

UPDATE: yes, all you guys are right!! It was in backwards!! I wondered why the vacuum hose wasn't fitting right anymore cause it had farther to go.

So my next question: Could my bov be damaged at all because it was put in backwards? I only drove maybe 3 miles on it. Thank god for evom.net!! Thanks again fellas.
