Hell, go on the extreme and try something different like a 280 HKS intake/ 264 GSC exhaust, it will probably give some interesting results.

After you do an exhaustive research. Use the cams that you feel will work the best for you, your setup, and what your after even though the differences between them is very little when compared to the stock ones.

I wish that somebody would do a real study on cam comparison with every combination possible of the most often used cams, using the exact same car, dyno, conditions, mods, gas, everything.

I would say I am going to have some definite before and after dynos but Im not just adding the 280s/gears, Im also doing the DC manifold and Helix 02. Crap!

Anyway, Im not dead set on what cam timing I should set them to... +2/0, or +1/0 possibly.

IMO the exhaust cam should never have a shorter duration than the intake cam.

Apples to oranges? I hope that you do realize that the dyno graphs you posted on your setup don't really prove anything either (different dyno, different tuner, different location, etc.), especially since it is well known that the Pruven dyno reads significantly higher than the TT dyno.

Thats been said and clearly not proven. Ive raced MULTIPLE EVOs from TT and the results have been going my way. I raced a 355whp EVO and we were dead even, and 1 336whp one and a 325whp one and walked both of them. My dyno last at Pruven was 346 and Ive even suprised some Z06 owners whom I shall not mention. But he saw my taillights. As per the 355whp car... thats 10whp more than me from the start, not to mention if you say the TT reads lower, he should have been even more... yet he couldnt move an inch on me and vice versa. That was 35-115mph roll. It was honestly the most even race Ive ever had!!!!

Yep, looks like the hksusa page has a typo. The Japanese HKS page lists all of the intake camshafts at 10.8 lift: http://www.hks-power.co.jp/products/...haft_data.html
