Injen kit...is it worth it..

I have it from my old VIII but I am not sure weather or not to install it on the IX. I have it so why not. I am wondering the effect it will have on HP/TQ. I understand it is not a mod for big gains....(hot air in the engine bay...b/c removal of stock box) but since I have it, should I install it?? Any thoughts?

If you like it; install it. It's not great for performance without a tune, but at least you don't have to pay for it.

If I were you, I'd sell it to an Evo noob for a few hundred, then use the cash to get an MBC+gauge or a mail-in flash, both of which will much more useful.

With just the IC kit, or the intercooler as well?

I got it for the bling, power, decreased spool time, and of course the sound!

What kind of power are we talking about? Any dyno's to confirm this? The general concensus seems to be that just upgrading the ic piping doesn't do much. Personally I'm not sure and am trying to find out.
