AMS MBC Install Directions?

AMS MBC Install Directions?
Hey guys. I'm looking for install directions for an AMS MBC. I know how to remove the airbox and all that. Just looking for what hose goes where from the MBC itself.
I'm out of town at a event and don't have my install notes with me. Figured it'd be worth asking so I install everything correctly.

With the adjustment knob on top, the bottom nipple is connected to the turbo outlet elbow and the nipple coming out the side goes to the wastegate actuator. You'll want to keep the MBC positioned vertically.
