Boost leak? Please Help.

I have an 03 as well and my car is running like crap too. The car will usually hit 17psi and then fall to 15 or it will occasionally spike at 20 and it feels way slower getting up there and then it tappers down to 14-16, the car feels extremely slow. It used to run 20-19 and felt like hardly any lag, now i sit in lag all day it seems. Mods are act/fidanza thats it. The car isn't throwing any codes. Is it possible for the car to run limp mode while there is no code being thrown. I have found a small small leak from a t-fitting that the guy before me was using to run his vaccum line for boost gauge, and since it was there i put mine in there, and i've notice a small small sound when listening at idle, it was hard to hear but i know theres a small *** leak there. That wouldn't be able to cause all those problems would it. I put a zip tie on it and it wouldn't close stop it. Thanks

Start checking conection on the intake to include the bov, then work your way to all the intercooler piping. Tighten all your existing clamps and add/replace any as necessary. Do that and let us know where it goes from there.

just go to autozone and get a new vac line to use for the boost gauge.... If you know you have a leak then just fix it....

Exhaust leaks won't cause any problems, although a boost leak will. Try this to test for leaks:

I bought a boost leak tester from fighter garage. I will be trying it out this weekend. Great product for the money. It has the gauge and everything. I don't have any major leaks but I just like to test everything to make sure.

I have never had any trouble with any of their product and they have great customer service.
