EVO's transmission #$%^$

I think everybody knows dat EVO's transmission are bad. Is anyway we can improve our transmission, cuz i m really sick of it....

fix the driver first. then figure out your tranny problems.

I have not had any problems with my transmission for over 50k miles

I agree, you pay to play. Don't drive hard and you won't have problems, or drive properly and don't mess up.

Never had one problem with the transmission, car shifts great. If you are having problems send it off to TRE they have a great rep. when it comes to fixing transmissions and TC's.

lol what u talking about, i have no problem with my transmission, i think some one shift too hard and too fast
Evo transmission are known to be strong...with the right driver.

Good point, Im tired of all these guys (most probably young) that get there evo's and relentlessly beat the crap out of them, blow out clutches and destroy tranny's and then get on here and say their evo's suck and they're selling them! If you aske Jon Ripple for TRE, he'll tell you that the EVO 5-speed is a great transmission, and if treated properly, should have no problem handling good power. Sorry to vent, just my .02.
