Shearer's new turbo kit...check it out
Thanks for the kind words guys!
Yes the manifolds carry a lifetime warranty for the original owners. I only have a few dyno charts for the manifold. One of them can be found HERE, this is a stock motor with studs, 280 cams, and a standard bearing 61mm. Buschur recently tuned the kit in the above pictures in Vegas and made 496hp on a Mustang Dyno, maybe David or the car owner can add some more info because that is all I really know. Most of the manifolds I sell are through other shops, such as Turbotrix and RRE, so I do not always hear of dyno numbers.
Can't say that I do, AMS has there own in house fab shop. This manifold has evolved over the last year or so to what it is today. I believe the diameter of these runners are almost a 1/4" larger than what AMS uses on there T3 manifold. So building these manifolds are somewhat of a tedious task as it is held within very tight space constraints to allow for plenty of clearance of everything.
It's Precision GT35R with there 5 bolt .63 hot side and ported shroud S cover. The Garrett GT exhaust housing proves to be quite a pain to use on the EVO's since the turbine outlet takes up so much extra space and clearance with the A/C becomes quite an issue.
Thanks Ryan. The material is a definetely a pain to polish. Good thing I have a big *** buffer and some killer buffing wheels otherwise it wouldn't even be possible. I love the polished look, to bad I can't do it to every manifold.

Ivey just called me with some news, 504hp/403tq on Turbotrix's dyno. Bone stock motor, pump gas, and methanol. He mangaged to break something on the dyno and might go for more after it is fixed. Woops.

Sean
Is that a Megan header?
Just Kidding...
Shearer is reknowned in the DSM world for being an exceptional welder and fabricator. The collector section is awesome. How you got that diameter piping to clear the radiator is amazing. How you got it to clear the upper radiator (stock) pipe is astounding. Not many kits can do this without a "rigged" radiator pipe. Great job!
