Tell me the reasons about my high RPMs???
It holds 7000rpm at idle and i can`t do anything
Intake manifold is ok
Throttle body too(closed)
What can it be?

May be TPS?

That is mechanically imposible to hold 7000rpm at iddle with your throtle body close.

The other posibility is that you might have a hole in your intake manifold at least 1" in diameter or bigger acting as a throtle body other wise 7000rpm is not posible.

Check your intake manifold, you might have a hole on it or a plug that fell off or something. That is the only logibal explanation that I have..

idle air control valve has to be stuck wide (wide, wide) open if the throttle body is truly closed. You woudln't be able to get enough air/fuel in the engine otherwise.

Check throttle cable, then check where the cable casing mounts to the IM, then check... man I don't know what to tell you.

What have you check so far thats good?

Do you live where it's cold? Something frozen
