T/C ??? maybe

 

They all have said it happens when in neutral when revving the motor. TC is totally different, though still a "whine."

 

i got this noise when i rev it a little then i hear it when it comes back down too.. not every day though... kinda like a high pitched rattle... from the passenger side of car though...help on what it is?
its not the tob or pivot shaft bearing... i already have that noise.. whichever one it is.
