Exedy Twin Disc Issues

I just installed an exedy twin and currently only have about 50 miles on it. I am taking it easy on it and plan on breaking it in as instructed but I dont think the clutch feels like it should. I can feel it grab really well when I initially put the car into gear and let out on the clutch, but if I am cruising along and just roll on the throttle a little or as I am accelerating it feels as if the clutch is slipping almost like my completely fried stocker did. It just does not feel as if the clutch is going to get the power to the wheels when the break-in period is over and I start to really catch some boost. The clutch is brand new and I had no problems with the install (flywheel was completely clean etc....). Could this just be some sort of adjustment issue? Or do I have a more serious problem? Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

I have also noticed that my car idles appx. 500 rpms higher after the install is this just due to the lightened flywheel or is this also a problem?

no it is the hyper twin. The thing with the adjustment is it feels as if it is engaging/disengaging in the right places, could the adjustment issue cause it to slip like that? I will definetely try adjusting it tomorrow morning.
