I just changed the tranny fluid in my 05 rs....and I noticed metal shavings on the magnetic drain plug.....Car had 6,000 miles on it....Is this normal, or did I damage some internal trans. parts...(grinded 2nd gear a couple of times...)

Totaly normal. As long as you didnt find entire gear teeth on it.
