New Clutch...expect harder shifting?

Ive had my Clutchnet sprung-hub 6-puck w/ their race pp in for about 500 miles now and shifting is still difficult at times, especially downshifting into low gear at low rpm's. Is this to be expected with a non-organic clutch?

Try adjusting the clutch for a bit higher release/engagement point and see if that makes an improvement.

Yes. Adjustment is covered all over the board. Here is a couple links that might help.

Thanks for the links. Now I need to get under there and check things out. I have heard that a little turn goes a long way.

You can adjust it as far as you like as long as you don't preload the system. There has to be at least a slight amount of freeplay on the rod.
