Try backing out the rod on your clutch pedal. The how-to is on Evomoto.com.

still need help...bump
update: the have adjusted the rod in alot of different positions trying to feel the right one, the higher the pedal the better it feels (common sense when a disengagement problem), but I cant back it out any more without it being unsafe. I have been doing some reading to see if there are any other solutions, but alot of it is over my head (master/slave configuration). So right now my car is "drivable", but it does not feel safe because the clutch does not feel a quick disengagement. When shifting up I have to hold the clutch in for a while, then the RPMs drop very slowly, Once they get below 2500 I can enter the next gear.
Once again I will keep searching but this is urgent, I am borrowing my girlfriends car but I will not have it forever, so any help you all can give me it would be great.
Please keep in mind I have limited transmission/clutch knowledge

If adjustment doesn't fix it and there are no air bubbles or leaks in the hydraulic system, there are a few issues that it could be. None of them can be fixed/diagnosed without tearing into it. It could be the pressure plate bolts coming loose, clutch disc coming apart, transmission problems, pressure plate problems, linkage issue, release bearing attachment problem, loose engine to trans bolts, etc. There is no way to tell without cracking it open though. Sorry.
