start with checking all your connections this is the first place to start with a boost leak then go from there

you would hear it if there was a problem with a gasket seal

are getting absolutely no boost or is the guage just not reading anything?

Definitely....I've blown two exhaust manifold gaskets and when it's leaking, you WILL know it. Not only will there be soot in the area that it's leaking, but it will sound awful and the leak will eventually get bigger. Check all your vacuum lines to make sure they're connected and free of cracks/holes then check again.

does it feel any different when you drive it?

perhaps you dropped somehting in the turbine keeping it from spinning?

where is the boost guage T-ed off? If the car was not boosting, as in the turbo not spinning, you would see only vacuum... more than what you would see at idle. I had my BC T-ed at the fuel pressure regulator and it came off at the regulator nipple. I could read some vacuum but any boost reading would hit only 1 or 2 pounds even though the car was running close to normal boost pressure.

How does the car drive? Does it make any weird noises or anything? Does it pull at all?

if you're making absolutely no boost, not even 1-2#'s, it's more than a vacuum leak or vacuum hose routing. Your turbo is toast (I hope that's not the case), or you left a intercooler hose/pipe completely off.

Good luck with it, it's probably something with the install that when you find it, you'll be kicking yourself for all the worrying!
