Bigger injectors = more boost?

I have the stockers in the car right now, and I'm running about 20-21psi on 94 octane, the injectors are around 90% duty cycle, so I'm pretty much maxed I think (can anyone tell me how far too far is with the stockers? I assumed 95% was maxed, since 100% is very bad).

If I upgrade to 780cc injectors, use the scaling in ECU+ can I essentially run more boost as long as I keep the AFRs in check? I've been tuning it to like 11.2-11.6 from 4500-7800rpm.

Thanks in advance.

(btw I searched)

you're pretty much to the limit of what you can run (boost wise) on 94 octane by itself. Try to keep the injector duty cycle between 80 - 90 percent

Yeah, but at the same time to big is going to hurt you just as much.

I would recommend you to go with a 660 or the newly released 720cc like the Helix. Going any bigger will hurt your idle if the injectors are scaled incorrectly. However, the Helix injectors idles like the stock injectors since the on time is close to stock (On Time: 0.65ms).

As for the Helix injectors, we have done extensive testing on these injectors in order to make sure they are easy to scale for any users. The build quality is excellent since it’s designed and manufactured in Japan.

Thanks,
Tom

I would recommend 90% as a max and better to keep it around 85%. Larger injectors will not necessarily equate to more boost unless you go pig rich or pull timing in which case you will probably lose power. Intake temperatures and octane will also play a factor. 21 psi or maybe even 22 psi with a very good tune is about the max boost you are going to be able to run efficiently and safely.
