Question Better Fuel Pump Needed?

Ok I have my 272/272 gsc cams and HKS suction intake kit on the way and im planning on getting a Base Dynoflash i currently have 3'' TBE, Hallman MBC and Greddy type s BOV. do i need to get a better fuel pump or should i be cool for now? because i noticed on the Dynoflash website he has the Dyno charts when he added a fuel pump the HP dropped a little..

I highly doubt that. Fuel pump is supposed to keep the fuel pressurized and ready to go to the injectors, it has very little to do with adding power. I think its about time to get yourself a walbro like the rest of us. IIRC, Vishnu was the first to discover that the stock pump acts badly as you start tuning. I don't think you want choppy fuel delivery once you get those cams tuned properly.

HP probably dropped because the fuel pump will make the car run richer unless it is tuned for it.

just buy the pump its only $100.... do it all it once, and do it right the first time... Its good insurance so you don't run into problems later.
