tranny vibrating

tranny vibrating
i've got vibration in the tranny in 3rd and 4th under accel. just had the flywheel resurfaced, new flywheel, did it before and after the resurface. the vibration is only felt thru the shifter. is this serious? i just had the tranny rebuilt too
