Clutch Question

My friend has an evo8 2003 US spec 5spd, i'm checking out clutch choices for him because he's a ricer n would probably choose the best "looking" one...yea Sacrilege i know, the car wont be making over 400whp in the for-see-able future any info you can give will be appreciated thanx

Well I don't know why he would choose the "best looking" one when you can't see the clutch anyway. But do a search of the forum, there is TONS of info on this topic.

How about you help the guy along while also coaching him to use the search function. Your post was equally worthless since you provided absolutely nothing other then "search".

I would go with the ACT HDSS model personally.

This is what drives me crazy about this place. Why "coach" every single person who comes in and asks the same question over and over again. There is a newbie forum here for a reason. I really don't see why I have to "coach" him when the search button is in yellow, nearly in the middle of the page and by typing clutch in the search I get 441 pages of search results.

to the guys that helped thanks.........i'm in the drivetrain section i dont see info on clutches it should be a sticky you.....you know u take a poll see which clutch gets the best reviews, like i said thanks guys that answered

Try to use the search button next time. It's at the top of the page in yellow. It can taking some getting used to but it's not hard to use at all.
