It's worth whatever a 2005 turbo is worth. People sell them here often enough, so go check some past threads where 05 owners upgraded to something else.

There are two different turbo options on the JDM EVO IX

JDM EVO IX RS has the magnesium compressor wheel
JDM EVO IX GSR has the standard compressor wheel

Not sure what turbo the MR has, didn't watch the entire BMI video again (24 min long!!!)

I have no doubt that the US spec EVO IX has the turbo from the JDM EVO IX GSR.
