No boost = No power. What more do you want? Where were the leaks you found? Most likely they're at a flange or something you just need to bolt down tighter.

i was just curious what changes once i clear up this issue. tightening them down didn't do jack. it took a different style of clamp to actually hold w/o leaking. T-bolts suck, and everyone that uses them should check for leaks. they all leaked where the threaded portion was. I was running 20psi just fine, but with alot of leaks.

Get some tbolt clamps and or use superglue on the pipes.

Or you could search and see what everyone else is doing

try and crank them down even tighter. not too tight though because you will start to cause the metal band to bend upward. you can try and put hairspray around the intercooler pipes, then put the coupler and clamp back on. check your couplers too, there may be a hole in it causing you to think it is from faulty clamps. good luck.

it's the t-bolt clamp where the bolt is thats leaking. the more i tightened it the more it leaked. I got them all fixed by going back to standard hose clamps. it seems to have changed the tune a bit, seems the afr's are about .3-.5 points leaner. If you use t-bolts i would pressure check your system, you might be surprised what you find.

how long should the air remain in the system , once presurized? i am hearing no loud leaks, now that i have plugged off the recirc and the valve vent tube, but i can hear air leaking from the engine and turbo area slowly. does the engine have to be at tdc?

This is an error in your part. Tbolt clamps when used correctly will hold anytihng you throw at them.

Nothing to explain. You bolt them down and they seal. I run 30 psi daily with my tbolt clamps from NAPA. I am pretty sure turbonetics knows what they are doing if they made them. Please post up a pic of them for me to see them.

Looking at turbonetics part #'s here http://64.225.76.178/catalog/inst_accessories.html, maybe you needed the ones with part # 30275-238 instead of the 2.5.
