It's just a choice of words. His MBC is "attached" via two hoses - one to the turbo nipple and one to the wastegate. Hey it's late! lol

My forge rs bov does that upon building psi from vacuum to peak, at lower rpms from 2nd gear up and much of throttle settings.

I just adjusted the spring all the way loose and it's gone.

I've never messed with the wastegate. Do you think that could affect the surge?

Yeah the Forge RS is almost ideal since it's adjustable, but the spring seems a little strong. I have to keep it all the way loose and it still flutters in 4th/5th between 3-4k rpm when I lift off the throttle just as it's starting to make strong boost.

I'm recirculating and was using the single piston, but I just cleaned/lubed it and I'm going to give the dual piston a try. I have a discussion started with Forge over here:

I dont want to hijack this thread but I am having some issues with myBOV as well. i have an hks SSQV... I cannot run any more than 21psi while recirc and I get tons of flutter... As soon as I VTA I can hold 28psi just fine and almost no flutter... any ideas??? I checked everything for leaks on each install and everything seems fine
