Any intake that fits on a normal Evo equipped with the stock MAF will also work with a MAP setup.

Essentially, the intake is a pipe. When you convert to MAP, you're ridding yourself of the bulky MAF that sits between the air filter and the pipe itself. A simple air filter from K&N or even EBay that fits your intake pipe will work just fine to take the place of the MAF-fit air filter.
