Today when I was driving I noticed my car was dropping to around 500rpm at idle and bouncing all over the place. the car drove fine but every time I let my foot off the gas it would start to drop and almost stall. Then I parked it and now it dies every time I let my foot off the gas. I have a helix intake and thought that it was causing the probleom but everything is on there correct. Does any one know what can be wrong. I had similar issues with a bad idle controll valve on another car. Please help.

I tried searching and found that a lot of people had issues with aftermarket maf pipes. I tried taking off the helix and putting the stock maf pipe back on and now the car runs fine it starts right up without stalling and idles normal again.

Well, there's your answer. I wish people would read/search before making mistakes, but at least you did your own troubleshooting and learned from it.
