Can anyone tell me if the HKS 264 exhaust cam will work on the intake side. Other than 10.8 mm lift what is the difference in the two? What I am getting at is would it be possible (with upgraded springs and retainers) to run (2) 264 exhaust cams? This may be dumb and not work, but I'm no installer.

no it wont, it will not work

 

nope.

 

The cams are physically different so they can't be interchanged. The end of the exhaust cam has a place to attach the cam angle sensor to.
