i installed an exedy twin disk clutch on my stock evo 7 about 2.5 weeks ago.
at first, it was very grabby and felt damn good, very sporty.

after a few power launches, hard driving, shifting etc., the pedal travel from the floor before engagement has increased and the grabbiness has softened. the clutch feels 'normal' now. no signs of slipping yet.
is this normal or is there a problem?

btw the clutch was previously on an evo 6 for a few months before i got it.....hardly used.

my hp/tq is by far within the margins claimed for the twin disk....why does it feel like its being worn away quickly?

any help appreciated.
