I need to order a complete set so when I figure out exactly what I need I'll add that to the "chart".

I'm going to use the spring tbolt type on the TB and turbo inlet.
Pipe diameter is listed by OD, coupler diameter is listed by ID, you need to actually measure your hose.
I found a great place local to me (all of 7 minutes from my house ) that has t bolt clamps in 1/8" increments also, so you can always get the perfect size.

Careful using clamps 7051531-7051540. The band under the bolt will buckle when tightened causing nice intercooler leaks. They have this same clamp with a bridge that can't buckle like the spring clamps. The spring clamps work but there is no reason for a spring for intercooler piping. They dont look clean IMHO.

The polished billet clamps look tight. Too bad they dont have more sizes of those.

If you have an idea on the part # for the ones that wont buckle let me know. Even with the ones with the spring.. the smallest I could find was 3"

Wow I'm glad I took the trouble to make the list because they just canceled my order. Apparently you have to order at least 5 of each clamp you want.. otherwise they won't sell them to you online.

Thank you for shopping NAPAonline.com. We are experiencing a problem in
processing your order. The hose clamps that you ordered are only available
at NAPAonline in quantities of five (each). Smaller quantities may be
available at local NAPA stores. Regretfully, we will not be able to fill
your order as it was submitted and we are not able to make any adjustments
to pending orders. Your order number #####has been cancelled. You will
not incur any charges relating to the cancelled order.

I guess I'll have to have my local NAPA order them for me as they didn't have them in stock. bah

I checked the part number of the ones I use. They are the part numbers that I listed above as not to use. They do have the bridge like the spring clamps. The picture they have on the web is wrong. Yes you have to buy five at a time.

Ok finally got my 1 batch of tbolts today.. I was low on cash so I only ordered five 7051532 tbolt clamps. This size clamp fits the throttle body perfectly. It does work on all upper ic couplers but it does clamp as far as it can go. I'm going to get the size down and see if it's a better fit for IC pipes.

The lower IC is going to require a smaller pipe. Same goes for the turbo. I suspect all three of these can use the same size clamp.

The BR intake pipe is going to require a two larger clamps and an even larger one for the mas sensor.

Ok must sleep.

I'm going to update my little page and add a couple features to it within the next few days. I will also have some extra clamps as I have to order at least 5 at a time of each size I want.

Great find!

I just had a thought: that the Samco Viper Red radiator hose with some of those. Would work quite well...

I still need to update the list.. just haven't had enough time lately...

7051531 is a better fit on IC pipes. These fit the Buschur upper pipe perfectly (except the throttle body then use 7051532)

However, I need to find something smaller than 2.25 Tbolt 7051531 at NAPA. If anyone knows if they even sell them it would be helpful.

Otherwise I'll have to bite the bullet and pay like 10-14 for 2 clamps (lower ic pipe).

I don't think I'm going to use a tbolt on the stock mas sensor.. plastic + tbolt doesnt sound like a good idea to me

Well because napa doesnt have any tbolts that I can find under 2.25 I'm going to try these on my LICP.

7051507

1.75 - 2.63

2.00 - 2.13

$5.19
7051508

2.25 - 3.13

2.25 - 2.63

$5.19

I'd like to order some smaller tbolts but I need them like now
