I used the Constant Torque Clamps for the stock IC piping, TB, and BOV. IMO they are the best clamp to use that Napa carries. They are designed for bus and diesel cooling sytems. They are supposed to hold insane amounts of coolant at high temps with high psi ratings. I think if they work good for that application they will hold 20-29 psi no problem. Some of the T-Bolt clamps Napa sells do not apply constant torque to the pipe and in some cases can bend a pipe if you overtighten them. I had the guy at Napa copy the page of hose clamps from his catalog. I then went home and measured everything and made notes of how many, and what sizes are required. I still have it floating around my garage. If anyone wants me to, I will find the sizes and part numbers from the copy and post them?

I'd appreciate that if it's not too much trouble. Others who search for this stuff in the future may appreciate it as well.

Are you talking about these?

If so.. I wasn't really impressed. In fact I broke two of them before they got tight enough to seal the pipe. The band seems too thick for how weak they are torque wise. just my .02

I will look for it this evening, and post it in the morning! BTW, Killboy, my wife and I love your site. We had been browsing it before I knew you were on EvoM! I would love to drive the Dragon! Texas is too far though, and I rarely take vacations.

Yes, these are the clamps I used. I didnt have a problem with the clamps at all. I tightened the hell out of them with a ratchet/socket with no problem. How much did you torque them? I definately over-tightened these without a single one breaking, or even showing signs of stress.

OK guys I found the list of the hose clamps. All of the part numbers I am listing are for Napa's Constant Torque Series Hose Clamps. I used these because they have a wide range of sizes. I could use these for the TB, IC Hoses and BOV tube. Please note the Napa T-Bolt clamps are different part numbers. The T-Bolts also do not come smaller than 2.5". Keep this in mind because the BOV tube is much smaller than 2.5" and there is not a T-Bolt Napa carries that is small enough. I will also list the outer diameters of the hoses these clamps fit and the approximate minimum and maximum inner diameter of these clamps. The only clamps I did not replace were the 2 Turbo induction hose clamps. I do not know the diameters or part numbers needed for these, but I can find out if anyone needs me to. I THINK 2 of the 705-1509 will work. If they are any bigger, a T-Bolt clamp will need to be used since the Constant Torque Clamps do not go bigger than the 705-1509. I am afraid a T-Bolt clamp on the MAF may break it, not to mention the fact the other end of the hose to the Turbo's clamp is a b-tch to get to.

I used 13 in Total:
1 for the TB 3.25" O.D. Part# 705-1509
8 for the IC Hoses 2.75" O.D. Part# 705-1508
2 for the BOV to IC Hose Tube 1.5" O.D. Part# 705-1504
1 for the BOV to Turbo Induction Hose 1.75" O.D. Part# 705-1507
1 for the Turbo Cool Side Outlet to LICP 2.25" O.D. Part# 705-1507

Part# 705-1509 fits 2.75-3" I.D. Hose and has a diameter range of 2.75-3.625"
Part# 705-1508 fits 2.25-2.625" I.D. Hose and has a diameter range of 2.25-3.125"
Part# 705-1507 fits 2-2.125" I.D. Hose and has a diameter range of 1.75-2.625"
Part# 705-1504 fits 1.375-1.625" I.D. Hose and has a diameter range of 1-2"
