Are you serious?

I'd have to say park it and get it towed to a repair facility. The more you drive on a spun bearing, the more chance you have of doing unrepairable damage to your crank, the big end of your connecting rods, or your main bearing caps. I don't know which bearing(s) are spun or how bad it is already, but stop and do not drive the car - get it towed.

its bad.
It could eventually lead to you breaking a rod, or putting a nice size hole in the block

Newbie question, but how do a spun rod bearing happen? Is it from over boosting the car.

High rpms, low oil, detonation, oil contamination, and tons of various other reasons. Usually a spun bearing will block oil flow and can end up destroying the turbo, melting the cams to the journals, oil pump failure, and pretty much toast everything if continued to be driven. I worked on a Ford 302 about 5 years ago that was driven for about a week (I don't know the amount of miles) with initially a spun rod bearing and when I dropped the pan, I scooped out about 10 hand fulls of solid metal shavings. I don't think anything was salvageable.

If just rpm caused it, what rpm would this be?

That's just about impossible to say. Factors such as engine break-in, on/off acceleration while at higher rpms, weaker (maybe even defective) bearing, and a million other reasons could cause it to spin. It is nearly impossible in many cases to determine the exact cause of the bearing failure.
