Seen another thread about this. the guy got it pulled and it said that it was the cam positioning sensor. nothing was damaged and the car ran fine afterwards. i will try to search for the thread.

did the light go away with the battery re-set? just wondering. thanks for looking.

If you reset the ecu, the cell will come back on if there is still a problem... So give a shot by disconnecting and cross the fingers it doesnt come back on

The same kind of thing has happened to me before. Im almost willing to bet $100 that it is a misfire code. No biggy. Go get it cleared at an Autozone or something.

Whats up with this? he asked for help, we gave it, and NO update? if someone else has this problem, they will need to know:

1. What code it was
2. What remedied the problem.

you most likely spun the motor backwards when you spun out. Either the crank sensor or cam sensor probably threw the code. If you disconnect the battery and clear the code, I'd bet it would be problem solved like everyone is recommending.
