underheating--Fan wont shut off

underheating--Fan wont shut off

My cooling fan will is always on, it doesnt goes off, so the car is never warm. Gets to 55C/130F.

Any ideas as why this started to happen?

Some of the evos have a current recall or tsb for fan switches not operating properly. You may want to inquire about this at your local dealer.

try unpluging the batt. first and so the ecu can reset if that dont work take it in for the recall
