I ordered a rebuilt TC from them in the Middle of October. They make a great product, but their customer service needs quite a bit of work. When I ordered the TC I was told that they had some already completed and it would ship out the day they recieved the money order. Well they recieved my money order on a Monday and it did not ship out until Friday. Then after they recieved my core it took them close to two weeks to send me my refund check. This was after I hounded them to do so almost everyday. I was happy with the product, but I would not purchase from them in the future because of the poor customer service. It is not the customers fault that they seem to be under staffed... That's My 2 cents.

always heard good thing about them... i was going to have my transfer case rebuilt by them, but after waiting weeks for replies from emails... and then calling to get a 'mailbox full' message from their answering machine... i decided that i would rather not have my car 'disabled' for a mystery period of time while i waited for it to appear at my doorstep one day.

i ended up purchasing a quaife front diff from RRE and installing it myself.

Try shepard racing also, dont know about there customer service but hear good things about them too. RRE needs to take classes on customer service for sure! good product + shatty customer service = 90% chance of NO return business for me. I have there forged and rebuilt Transfer case, and so far no problems, havent taken it to the track yet tho. good luck either way

Everyone Ive heard of that has had John Ripley rebuild their trans and t-case has nothing but good things to say and everything was done exactly as asked.

Shep also does a phenominal job. Surprisingly his price is only 800 bucks.....as on his website. Helluva price....
