I think the biggest problem with alcohol kit is not running out of alky... its when the pump or system fails at WOT then your in trouble

about the alky question, I dont want to use it I dont think it is the way to go, you can run out of alky and them you are screwed, I have seen a few kit not work well. so for me it will be race gas.
How hard is it to check the resovoir before driving the car everytime. You could always go with the trunk mount 3 gallon resovoir.

How hard is to understand that some people do not want to use meth? Why spend all this extra money on a meth kit when race gas works just as good, if not better? It's what he's decided to do, so whats the big deal.

I understand this, but it sounds to me that he wants it but was just scared. So my point was there are ways to do it safely. I am a race gas fan, thanks chief.

DynoDynamics Dyno's read lower than other Dyno's such as dynojets and dynopacks. They read similar to Mustang Dyno's. DD Dyno's are just more accurate and consistant than others and great for tuning.

For comparison, this evo would put down aprrox 425whp (93oct) on a Dynojet local to Atlanta.

Expect to see 100+ more whp on race gas (C12)
From my testing in the UK the mustang over reads by 10% over the Dyno Dynamics,
This is a very powerfull car to make 365atw's on a DD rolling road and its the one I trust .

it not if you run out of alky that can be the problem, I have seen a few kit not work well or not at all. so it is not worth the risk for why little you gain. I can just use race gas to make all the power I need.

thanks Mark for the input on the dd dyno

Those are some pretty nice numbers. I have been thinking about an alchy kit to but scared about the pump failing.

Well I went out and looked at this kit becuase I have never heard of the company but I would like to say there are several things I really like about it so other people should consider.

1. The manifold, very nice and uses a large wastegate 44mm with vband.
2. The turbos look to use a true garrett 4 bolt housing.
3. The downpipe is two piece containing the O2 and downpipe area with vband clamps.

4. Looks to use stock water and oil lines.

Just alot of good things that other companys don't use. The kit looks great, If I was looking for one I would take into to a very high consideration. I am impressed.

The turbos are a true garrett turbocharger. Peakboost Products are manufactured by Phoenixturbo.com. Phoenixturbo happens to be one of the largest garrett distributors in the united states.

The manifold as with all peakboost products utilizes nothing but the best. Downpipe is fully stainless, 2 piece with vband connection. Helps the ease of installation and provides a very clean unit.

The kit itself is the hottest thing out in our opinion.

How much does this kit sell for? What internals do you recommend using, injectors, springs, lifters, etc...

Edited = It looks like the basic kit 2699.00 and the downpipe that costs 515.00.

you will need bigger injectors. I will say that on the street the car makes boost 500rpms faster then on the dyno.
