Question

ok heres my little question, if iam attempting to get 400-425 awhp out of an evo 8 engine what would HAVE to be the supporting mods?? My main question is would i have to lower compression in order to reach my goal?

1st question, on what type of dyno? (dynojet, dynodynamics, mustang) that will determine what mods you need to do ....
2nd you don't have to lower your compression to reach that goal ....

Step 1
(i.e., mbc, tune, cams, I/C & pipes, downpipe, catdelete, and so on)

Step 2
Stock turbo will be pushing your goal theoretically and financially. To obtain this there are several different routes you may take which include setups and combos involving the turbo kits, alcohol, stroked, and engine management.

The answers are allready on the board but you must find out for yourself and do some research first.
