turbos question

oye... did you not read above??

the slang term alky is short for denatured alcohol... which is a typical fuel used in these injection systems. denatured alcohol is NOT methanol! they are not the same. they have different properties, and as such shouldn't be called the same thing. you are correct in saying they are both alcohols, but its like saying i have a turbo on my car (is it a GT35r? a 42R? a GT12? what? be specific...).

i wanna run somewhere around 350-450 whp, do i have to chage the turbo, or should i just
reflash and modify, willing to drop $6,000, plz give suggestions

Nice job threadjacking with this newbie question. 350-450whp is a HUGE range. One can be done on the stock turbo for around $2k while the other requires an upgraded turbo and closer to $10k.

Alky is short for alcohol. This could be either one if you really wanted to be specific. You see in your chemical formulas the little OH at the end the is a little hydroxide group. When you add that to the end of carbon chains you get an alcohol. Now Methanol is CH3OH and Ethanol is C2H5OH, both are alcohols and both could be considered alky injection.

ok i'm sorry .. what's the performance difference (psi) between Methoanol and Ethanol i know meth is better.. .but how much?
