Just got back from TurboTrix

Well i just got back from turbo trix and have to say iam very pleased. I got Hks 272 cams put in with cam gears, walbro fuel pump, blitz sus intake. i made 341whp and 330tq and the car feels alot better. i got a custom dyno tune and the cam sounds awsome at idle.. sounds like a big v8 with a big *** cam lol.. also the intake really made the turbo sound come out more. oh and i have a 05 evo MR last time i was there with an exhaust and reflash i made 312whp..

Can you post the dynograph or send me the electronic run file? Those are great numbers and are pretty much in line with what expect to see at TT with those mods. I'm sure it feels great, because I know my uncorrected 341whp feels like an animal...

Haha, Blue Evo, are you hoping that we notice that you had a boost leak?

300whpwrx, when you post the graph, be sure to send the actual run file to me via email. You can just click "send email" after clicking on my profile...

yeah but anyways, I ordered a replacement O-ring gasket for my HKS SSQ BOV's flange.... and once I get it in should solve my problem. I have an appointment with TT for my AEM EMS retune 2 saturdays from now.

Hope that works, but I figure it would have been very easy to just slap on a spare BOV at least for the dyno/tuning session. I keep a spare BOV and MBC with me all the time when working on the car, when at the shop, or when dyno'ing/racing. Something to consider at least.

I look forward to the graph(s) from this thread. Smokin Joe only had JPGs to send me rather than the actual run files, so I'm hoping 300whpwrx has his files...

Fax won't help. I need the actual electronic runfile that you get from the dyno application, so I can put it in WinPep and do the overlays. I always take a thumb drive and plug it in, so I can transfer the files before I leave. It allows you to do a lot of analysis on your own.

Yeah, still post it up for everyone. Seeing it is still useful. If you can, though, ask TT to email you the runfile(s).
