MBC or WG problem

Guys I have a hallman mbc pulled all the way out to run just wg pressure. It does this fine up to a certain point 5600 rpm then the boost starts going up up and away. What could be the problem. Could my HKS BOV adjustment be causing this problem?

bov has nothing to do with boostcreep. make sure mbc is connected the right way, otherwise it'll do that.

That setup is correct. Try using a little mobil 1 fully synthetic bearing grease on the ball. Check this thread out.

I think that using the turbo as a source is the best way to hook up a MBC. I used to have mine T'ed off the BOV and had some issues, like jerky shifts bucking, etc... Now it runs really smooth and I build full boost by like 3000-3500 RPM's
