TC Case Question

Is the 2005 Transfer case casing the same as on 04?

I think they are. Same problems occur on both of them. Mitsubishi was supposed to fix problems from 03 evos on the 05s.

only the same as the 03-04 RS model. that's why people have issues with DP's fitting that were made early on. the ACD is electronic only & has nothing to do with the TC. i think

was going to add the front LSD for '05 & changed their mind at the last min so they added it for '06 as a last hurrah IMO...

I am hoping the cassing is the same, because i had a retarded mechanic working on my car and he broke the tcase casing so now it leaks which is really bad, but i have a case from an 04.
