Helix HFC threw a cell...

I just put a new RNR Carbon TI TBE on my car with a Helix HFC...I hooked up the O2 sensor and it threw a cell about the same time it took my test pipe to throw a cell...Is it because I have not tuned the car yet and its running to rich factory settings?...

Hi,

Did you get teh HFC from us? If so, please give us a call and we can send you a cell fix. The HFC normally don't throw a cel but it happens sometimes.

Thanks,
Tom

whats the point of running a "cel" fix on a high flow cat when you can run a "cel" fix on a test pipe

so i saw how the anitfouler is set up for this first time, but how does it actually work? lets in less exhaust gases?

Funny... I've never thrown a CEL with the spark plug anti fouler fix and my cat delete... that's been well over a year ago! You have to drill a precision hole for it to work right though. Can't just hog it out...

+1 And you have to wonder how well the HFC is doing its job if the ECU in the car thinks it's not.
