Backfire??

BEFORE ANYONE ASKS, I HAVE JUST GOT DONE SEARCHING FOR 2 HOURS.

Well, i just put in my test pipe not too long ago, and everything went fine, went on easy and made alot of difference. Well, i was driving a couple days ago, and when i hit around 4-5 rpms, it seems to backfire.. Not a normal backfire though. This one sounds actually stops the car from getting gas, and feels like it pauses for about 1/10 of a second and then just goes to normal. Now i know it has to be because of my test pipe, but is there anything i can do to make it not backfire like that? My current mod's are, but probably arent even relevant:

HKS 264/272 cams
Fidanza Cam gears
Greddy Boost controller Profec b boost (stock boost as of now)
Greddy cat-back
espelir downpipe
Helix test pipe
Custom turbo manifold
Turbo outlet

Another thing, I drove it a day or two with no backfire or anything and When it backfires, it feels like everything just stops working. No boost, turbo spool, exhaust sounds, nothing. Anything will help.

Fuel cut. Your car is getting more air than it thinks is reasonable for your RPM and cutting fuel and spark. You need a tune.

No problem. If you want more info on it, do a search for fuel cut. You'll find a ton of info.
