Installed Megan Racing manifold!!

Well, last night my friend and i installed the megan racing manifold. I must say that i definitely feel a difference. Boost comes on very quick now, i felt it on the butt dyno and on top end . Also the exhaust note from 4k up sounds totally different, it sounds like a race car. I definitely recomend picking up this manifold

Nice pick up. I was thinking of getting one and the O2 housing. What did you pay and do you have the ebay guy you went through since you had no problems? Thanks

I also have the megan and the o2 housing i really like it compared to stock plus i powder coated it also. The o2 really makes you spool up faster also. Good setup i also look 100% better than stock once it has been powder coated!

I heat wrapped mine and it looks good and it helps alot with keeping the engine bay cooler! Last night i got on it hard and the parts were it wasnt heat wrapped, the manifold was glowing bright red

The whole thing is glowing red. You just cant see it. But it does help keep it out of the engine bay. But reduces cooling of the manifold it self.

see now heat wrap is good for the rest of the things in the engin bay but what about the manifold itself? it keeps the heat in which can be bad because it can put more stress on the welds and cause cracks.

wow, i installed mine about 6 months ago and didn't feel a power difference. The turbo did spool slightly quicker and the exhaust note changed a bit above 4k rpms. No cracks on mine yet, 20g-9 will also be going on it as soon as i get my o2 housing.
on another note mine is about 30 different colors right now which looks pretty cool when i pop the hood
